As a group of six adults, en route to Boscastle, we made a delightful pit stop in Wells to explore the Tor and the Abbey. Despite its brevity, the visit was truly wonderful.

Enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend. Great location right on the high street and the interior has been decorated and furnished to a high quality.

We only needed a 1 night stay in Wells and this little gem was perfect.Wells is a very beautiful little city and we loved the location, hidden right off the high street but further enough up the alley way to not hear any of the passing noise. The apartment has 2 nice and spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite which was an absolute treat. Not to mention a downstairs wc as well. Had everything we needed for our stay, and the tea, coffee, milk available was just perfect and much appreciated. Very easy key pick up from the local pub, who were also very helpful in directing us to overnight parking.

We had a pleasant stay in the heart of lovely Wells, the flat was cosy and had all the amenities we needed. The tea and coffee was particularly appreciated.

We had a very nice stay. The location was absolutely great, in the heart of Wells, incredibly convenient. The house was well furnished and well equipped - we were very comfortable.

Great central location, but really quiet. Wells is not a rowdy spot in my experience and we found everything we needed on our doorstep.The beds were comfy and excellent water pressure for the shower. Courtyard front was nice to sit in and take in whatever sun we could get.The downstairs toilet is very low to the ground. Fine, but maybe not suitable for very tall or those with limited mobility. The shower head sliding rail was coming loose at the top so adjustment wasn’t perfect but tolerable.Enjoyed our 2 nights. Thank you. Safe, quiet and relaxing.

Practical, comfortable, clean, quiet. Location is excellent. Small yard area for sitting out. Parking short stay is easy and under 2 mins walk. The mews is secure with phone entry from street. Our unit didn't have separate shower.

We had a lovely weekend this past weekend at The Swan Mews which are in a good location and very central in the High Street in Wells and close to the Cathedral and all the amenities. The Swan Mews are very comfortable for several adults/children and we also enjoyed chatting to other residents whilst sitting outside on the patio chairs as well, sharing experiences.All in all, a lovely weekend, thank you from all of us

Very comfortable stay, well equipped accommodation, clean and tidy,quiet area even though very close to the high street and beautiful cathedral and grounds. Good value for money.

Great little apartment for exploring Wells. Well equipped and furnished. Perfect location in the centre of Wells and surprisingly quiet thanks to private side alley. No longer part of the Swan Hotel so unfortunately no free parking. Very comfortable stay.

The apartment/mews cottage was ideal.It had everything we needed, a great layout with bunk beds for my son, which he was delighted with.It was very clean and right in the centre, just a few minutes walk from the cathedral.Sarah met us and explained the very nearby parking and walked with us to the Mews from the meeting place.She and her partner could not have been more helpful or responsive throughout.We shall definitely return but for several nights next time as one night was too short to experience all the local activities.

Pretty much everything in the apartment looked like new.No complaints, all very good.

Really clean apartment, centrally located, easy collection of keys. Only there overnight but would’ve happily spent a few days there. Not enormous rooms but better than the hotels. I have stayed in around the same area. Will definitely use again and as my go to stop in Wells in the future.

Had a lovely last minute stay at swans mews. With perfect location for the high street. We had a lovely time . The only issue we had is a light in the hallway that kept us awake and a noisy shower . But overall a restful stay.
